Unchained Talent seeks Part-Time Artist Mentors

Unchained Talent is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to Youth-Driven Performing Arts and Mentoring Programs. Unchained Talent uses the arts as a hook to keep youth engaged in their education and lives. Unchained Talent is currently hiring for part-time positions:

  • Theatre Mentor
  • Dance/Step Mentor

Unchained Talent keeps on growing! After 10 years of building an effective and powerful program, Unchained Talent is growing and reaching even more young people, schools and communities across Baltimore City.

About the Positions: We are seeking professional, dedicated, hard-working individuals who are passionate about original work, about mentoring and about youth development. Artist Mentors will teach core performing art skills, facilitate young artists to write their own original theatre or dance works and engage youth in rigorous youth development and mentoring activities.

Work Timeline: Artist Mentors will attend orientation/training, begin the position immediately starting the week of November 10th and will continue through the spring semester. The Mentors will work part-time after-school, from 5 to 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pay will be commensurate with experience. $15-$20/hr.
