Jon Spelman and Theatre Project are seeking Administrative and/or Artistic Intern Assistance for the upcoming production of

THE PROSTATE DIALOGUES AND TALES OF THE TELLYWACKER

AT BALTIMORE THEATRE PROJECT

SCHEDULED FOR FIRST WEEK IN FEBRUARY 2015

Duties may include:

Marketing:

- Meet with me and agree on a marketing strategy for months of November, December and January. This would include distribution of flyer/postcard by mail, personal delivery and email blasts. Help map out radio/TV possibilities

- Help put together lists for distribution (email and/or mailing addresses, phone numbers)

- Help with follow-up for certain groups and individuals by phone or email

- Share input for Theatre Project postcard including information and design (if allowed by Theatre Project)

Enhancement of Performances

- Help with confirmation of panel members etc.

- Be part of “thank you’s and evaluation if interested.

I would love to work with someone who has computer skills and is interested in learning how to market an event to a targeted audience at a grassroots level. I very much like to teach as I go and would include the intern in as much or as little as they want to do or learn.

I would be glad to talk to anyone in person or on the phone.
