We are pleased to unveil our two new website: www.baltimoreculture.org and www.culturefly.org

As a GBCA member, we now need you to setup your account.

IMPORTANT: You must create an account in order to be able to:

· Set up your member profile page on the GBCA website

· Upload current press releases to your profile page

· Post job listings on JobsPlus

· Receive backend access to Culture Fly.

o Special backend access to Culture Fly give you the ability to create ½ price discount offers to be included in the weekly Culture Flyer e-mail blast (previously the FunSavers).

o GBCA Members receive higher visibility on the calendar, including featured event spots on Culture Fly’s homepage.

Both GBCA’s website and Culture Fly communicate with one another, so your member profile page will also list your upcoming events from Culture Fly!

Though you are already a member, you will need to create your account login and profile page. To do this, follow these steps:

1) Please visit our new member form here: http://www.baltimoreculture.org/user/register

2) Fill out all of the information on the form and upload a profile picture.

3) When you get to the drop-down menu called “Payment Method” please select “Pre-existing user.”

4) Once you submit your information, you account and profile page will be live within 1 business days.

How to create a Free or Half-Priced Events for the Culture Flyer (formerly the FunSavers)

1) Once you have created your Member Profile Page, login to your account here: http://culturefly.org/user/login?current=calendar

2) Once you are taken to your Member Profile Page, click the Blue "Create New Event" button.

3) Fill out all required fields and as many optional fields as possible on the Event Entry Form.

4) When you get to "Ticketing Information", select either "Free Event" or "Eligibile Half Price"

5) A Half Priced Entry Form will Appear. Enter the Offer Start and End Date, Full and Discount Ticket Price and Redemption Instructions.

4) Complete the rest of the form and hit "Sumbit"

Your event will be approved within 1 Business Day
