Operation A.R.T.S. presents Art “Anti”- Social - “The socially distanced Art show,” a FREE multi-genre event, featuring artist storytelling and showcase, live band performance, and networking. This is a “Mask-querade” costumes encouraged and Masks are required for the event. This socially distant exhibition will feature local artists: Michael Colonello, Lauren Silex, Qrcky, and Lydia Russell. This collection of works is an assortment of visual oddities. Focusing on the surreal and curious parts of existence.

Join us for a celebration of BmoreArt's newest print journal! Issue 09 is craft-themed, so we have partnered with Gutierrez Studios, a working metal foundry that produces beautifully crafted elements for the built environment. Located in the heart of Clipper Mill across from the pool and next to Woodberry Kitchen, the next magazine party will feature a live band, craft cocktails, light fare, and the first opportunity to see our ninth print journal! Dress code is metal-themed: metallics, heavy metal, and craft and art jewelry are encouraged.

Join the Pratt Library and Maryland Legal Aid to learn about your civil legal rights and get your legal questions answered by a lawyer. We will address topics such as tenant rights, expungement, family law, debt collections, and how to connect with an attorney for help. LIVE Artist Talk: McKinley Wallace III
Baltimore-based artist McKinley Wallace III aims to create illustrative mixed-media paintings of people caught within, and absent from, site-specific places in distress. McKinley’s works and artistic mission converge in a singular thesis: to uncover the forgotten pieces of humanity and its aggression. Keondra Prier, Manager of School Programs, joins him for a discussion of his work and its connection to paintings in the Walters collections.

Live Music: Peabody String Sinfonia
The Peabody String Sinfonia is a student-run, conductor-less orchestra whose mission is to bring healing and beauty to people in our Baltimore community through music. Sinfonia is composed of Peabody students and alumni who volunteeer their time for this project. Its members believe music is now more important than ever.
During this time of social distancing and isolation, music allows us as humans to communicate and connect with other humans. Sinfonia will share both classical music for string orchestra as well as arrangements of familiar pop songs.
