Cancellation of October 23-25 Performances of Something's Afoot

We are sorry to announce that, due to the rescheduling of the Fell's Point Fun Festival, we are cancelling our October 23-25 performances of Something's Afoot.

Those of you who are familiar with the Festival know that South Broadway is blocked off for the weekend. There is no parking on Broadway, and no access to the Theatre except on foot. In addition, the Festival includes live rock music all weekend and large, noisy crowds. The Fells' Point parking garages increase their prices substantially as well.

We believe it would be impossible for the Vagabonds to mount performances under these noisy circumstances, and that it would be extraordinarily difficult for you to get to the Theatre if we tried to do so. Although we have explored the possibility of extending the show's run to another weekend, cast/crew commitments preclude our doing so.

Here is How We Will Proceed

  • We will be contacting all of you directly to arrange ticket exchanges, although you may reply to this e-mail with your exchange date.
  • We will waive any up-charges for exchanges.
  • If you cannot attend any other date, we will refund your ticket cost; we cannot exchange tickets to a different show.

Tickets remain available for all other performances.

Something's Afoot runs October 16-November 15 (excepting the cancelled performances noted above), with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm and on Sundays at 2:00pm. There is a special Thursdays on Broadway! performance on November 12; tickets for this performance are just $16. Tickets for all performances are available online at https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?ticketing=vpi
