Baltimore, MD – It starts with a simple audience suggestion.
Two acts later, it’s a completed play — created entirely on the spot during the performance. Unscripted returns to the Baltimore Improv Group stage for its tenth run from April 27 through May 13. Shows are Thursday-Saturday, with a special matinee on Sunday, May 7 as well. Thursday-Saturday shows are at 8 p.m.; the Sunday matinee is at 2 p.m.
“Unscripted is the most interactive performance in Baltimore, and we can’t wait to see what our audiences bring us,” said Dave LaSalle, co-director of the production. “Not only will we use their suggestions to shape the story we create, but they can also bring us props to be incorporated into the play.”
Shows are at BIG’s new home, Single Carrot Theatre (2600 N. Howard Street), in Remington. Tickets for all shows are $15, and available at the box office or at bigimprov.org/unscripted beginning Tuesday, April 11. Additionally, a limited number of discounted tickets will be available via Goldstar.
