Journey to Leadership: An Arts-based Exploration of Race, Power and Inclusion with Theatre Action Group and MICA
Journey to Leadership intends to support MICA faculty, staff and students leading campus conversations and programming about diversity, identity, race, privilege and power. Using experiential and participatory modalities, Theatre Action Group will invite attendees to share their personal perspectives and stories about race. The goal is for participants to develop skills and language useful for engaging dialogue on campus, while also building community among their peers. This Workshop is sponsored by the Office of Academic Services.
