Immediate Opening for ASC Teaching Artist
Annapolis Shakespeare Company seeks a highly qualified, energetic, professional theatre artist to teach in a variety of secondary school and community settings for the 2015-16 school year. The ideal candidate will have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in theatre with related professional experience. Previous practical experience teaching creative drama to young people a plus. Candidate must have reliable transportation.

- Endorsing Shakespeare and other classic writers’ works as relevant to modern audiences through residencies in the public schools, arts centers and in community centers.
- Fostering well-rounded artists with knowledge in all areas of theatre, particularly focusing on classic plays, in our Camps and Studio Classes.
