Entry Requirements: All participating work must be Pop Culture related. The sky is the limit! Comic books, animation, movies, music, literature, television! Find your favorite and most inspiring Pop Culture reference and bring it to life with your artistic interpretation.

Mission: A mix of local and national artists will present works from multiple medias all inspired by varying aspects of popular culture. This 30+ artist show will descend on Sticky Rice Baltimore for six weeks. There will be artist activities, workshops, cocktail classes and parties!

This will be a culmination of craft, culture and chaos, spirits and spunk, highlighting and engaging all that Baltimore has to offer.

Timeline: November 19th, 2015 through January 4th, 2016

Entries Due: November 8th, 2015

Selection Process: To be considered for participation please email three examples of recent works to [email protected]

Please include an explanation of the works you will be creating if included in the show and the sizes of those works. All artists are limited to four pieces or less based on size and availability of space.

Notification to artist: Within four days of receiving their samples artists will be notified of their eligibility for involvement.

Accepted Artwork: All displayed work MUST BE HANG READY! All work will be offered for “off the wall” sales. Due to the size of the space, the number of involved artists, and nature of the show there is very limited space available for unframed prints. These prints must be limited edition, signed and numbered. We are open to textile (t-shirts, totes, pillows cases, etc) as well as moderately sized vinyl works.

Delivery: Deliveries must be made to Sticky Rice Baltimore during regular business hours on or before Sunday November 8th, 2015

Reception: Opening event will be Thursday November 19th, 2015, several events will be held throughout the Pop Up.

Exhibit/ Events End: The closing event will be held Monday January 4th, 2016. Details will be provided to participating artists closer to that date.

Pickup Artwork by: January 19th, 2016 - Work left beyond this date without other arrangements made will be surrendered to the house.

Sales: All work must be priced at $199 or UNDER. There will be an 85% artist 15% house split on sales.
