CASTING NOW: The JHU-MICA Graduate Film program needs actors!

CASTING NOW: The JHU-MICA Graduate Film program is now casting our Fall 2015 films! The joint program of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) Film and Media Studies program and Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) MFA in Filmmaking will be shooting our films in the coming weeks and are seeking talented actors.

Auditions will be held in our brand new state-of-the-art facility set in Baltimore's Station North Arts & Entertainment District. Please see our breakdowns and additional info below.

Union / Non-Union: Union and Non-Union

Production Type: Independent / student

Project length: Short Films (15 minutes)

Project format: 16:9 HD

Production location: Maryland

Audition Location: Baltimore, Maryland (address at CASTING FORM LINK at the bottom)

Compensation: No/SAG-AFTRA Deferred

October 20, 2015, 4:00 – 8:00 PM

Shooting Time Frame: Late October, Early November 2015

PLEASE BRING AT LEAST FOUR HEADSHOTS. We are all working on many different film projects and we may want to cast you again in the future.

We're looking for several men and women from varied age ranges. Below are more specific breakdowns

FEMALE: (late 20's-late 30's)

MALE: (late 20's-late 30's)

Extras: MALES & FEMALES at a party (late 20's-late 30's). Some extras may become speaking roles.

FEMALE: age 18-25 to play a high-schooler

TRANS MALE: age 18-25 to play a high-schooler

FEMALE: age 35-45 to play a mother

MALE: age 40-50 to play a clerk

DANTE: (Caucasian, protagonist)

KENDALL: (any race)

ADAM: (African American)

NANA: (Older Caucasian female)

TROY: (any race, HEIGHT 6'2-6'6)
