Baltimore Development Corporation Proposal Consultations (Lexington-Howard)

This workshop is focused on providing one-on-one assistance to artists, cultural organizations, arts entrepreneurs and others interested in preparing proposals for the properties currently available under the Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC) "Lexington-Howard RFP" in the Bromo Arts District. This RFP has a deadline of January 15, 2016.

Consultations are for those who have thoroughly reviewed the RFP, identified a site of interest, and have formulated specific questions related to next steps in the proposal process (financing, proforma etc).
