The 26th Annual Strathmore Juried Exhibition

The 26th Annual Strathmore Juried Exhibition celebrates La Vie en Bleu, or “life in blue,” and welcomes entries of original artwork in all mediums that take varying inspirations from the color blue. This exhibition will explore blue interpretations of nature, color theory, emotion, and more.

Strathmore will accept applications for the exhibition via the submission form found here please read this page in its entirety before you begin. Please fill out the required information after clicking “Begin Submission Form.” Submissions will not be accepted without required information.

All media are eligible including, but not limited to, painting, wood, photography, fiber, metal, drawing, glass, sculpture, ceramics as well as 2D and 3D mixed media. Any artwork previously exhibited or for sale at Strathmore is not eligible for selection.

All artwork must be matted, framed, and/or otherwise made exhibition ready to be eligible for consideration. The Mansion at Strathmore uses the cable based Arakawa hanging system. All hanging artworks must be fitted with ¾” d-rings or larger, or if wired, use No. 2012 Medium Eye Screw Eyes or larger. Maximum size for 2D work is 56" by 48" framed. Maximum size for 3D work is 48" by 48" by 48”. Larger installations will be considered on a case by case basis. Please email [email protected] with any questions regarding larger installations.

A submission fee of $30.00 is required for each submission of up to 8 entries. Submission fees are non-refundable but tax-deductible.
