Call for Artists: Art Without Boundaries

Celebrating Art as the Universal Language

In recognition of the 27th Anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Harford County Commission on Disabilities and Harford County Cultural Arts Board present Art Without Boundaries, a juried art exhibition at the Bel Air and Havre de Grace branches of the Harford County Public Library during the month of July 2017. The galleries will be open to the public during normal branch hours.

Interested artists, of all abilities, may submit up to two pieces of art for consideration. Art may be any medium including painting, printmaking, drawing, photography, mixed media, ceramics, jewelry, fabric, and sculpture. Submissions must be the original work of the applicant(s). ​Electronic entries for consideration are accepted through Saturday, June 10, 2017.
