2018 Baltimore Think-a-thon

The Greater Baltimore Culture Alliance in partnership with The University of Maryland and Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) invite you to the sixth annual Baltimore Think-a-thon.

What are the next steps for Baltimore?
Can the Arts, Culture, and Allies Save a City?

You are among the brilliant and compassionate people invited to join us for a day of visionary thinking, talking and good food. Celebrating its sixth year, the Baltimore Thinkathon will gather artists, scholars and activists for this intensive “think and do” event. The challenges we address are suggested by you and other participants.

Creativity with Consequences

We believe strongly in the ability of the arts and humanities to take on the challenges of the city and help move toward solutions. The combination of creative thinkers, practitioners, and arts and culture activists from around the city presents a powerful tool for problem solving and interdisciplinary collaboration, yielding short and long term outcomes that have helped city residents.
