The theme of Green•Verde•Vert can be interrupted in many ways…the verdant green of nature, or the abstract beauty of rich green hues, the lush green of a still life, the new green of spring and youth, the spiritual green associated with resurrection and regeneration, the ecological green of climate change, the political green of a “green card” or the concepts of green embodied in greed, money and envy.
Artists are encouraged to express their own personal concept of “green” in their chosen media. All mediums are welcome except video and performance. 2D-Framed size limit of 24” wide x 45” tall, sculpture limit to 24” x 45” 24” (deep). Open to all USA artists over 18.
