New Generation Scholars (est. 2007), is a FREE youth-led leadership program aimed at empowering a dynamic cohort of Baltimore City youth, ages 13 to 21, who are the next generation of thinkers, educators, scholars, artists, activists and social entrepreneurs.
This year we are partnering with Afro Charities to provide an immersive experience where youth will have access to the AFRO American Newspapers' archives to investigate our history and create new narratives about themselves.
