Classes/workshops may include: painting, drawing, printmaking, songwriting, MC writing, creative writing, and photography (limited). We are also interested in receiving workshop proposals from local artists.

All positions are temporary. Instructors will work with youth for approximately 6-12 weeks at a time. Classes may be extended based on the feedback received from participants and program budget.

  • Develop a 6-12 week class plan

  • Operate each class with BYA's values in mind
  • Track participant attendance and submit to BYA staff

These positions require instructors to maintain patience, flexibility, and a good sense of humor!
