Creative Alliance seeks Bartender

Overview: Bartenders provide excellent customer service and sell drinks and snacks to Creative Alliance patrons in our theater bar and Marquee Lounge during performances, private events and other, sometimes offsite, programs. Everyman Theatre Seeks Group Sales Associate

The Group Sales Associate is a relationship builder and savvy advocate who possesses a strong sales drive, a warm personality, and an eagerness to introduce others to Everyman Theatre. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, he or she is responsible for all group sales, with a primary goal of increasing group sales revenue above existing targets (75% of time) and a secondary goal of providing support to the Box Office (25% of time).

Baltimore Symphony Orchestra seeks Part-Time Ticket Service Agent

Ticket Agents represent the face of the BSO and are responsible for all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to subscription sales, single ticket sales, exchanges and resolving customer issues by phone, e-mail/web, mail, fax and in person for all BSO venues, including the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the Music Center at Strathmore. Ticket Agents must possess a friendly, service oriented demeanor and be willing to go above and beyond to assist BSO patrons. Must be flexible and willing to work daytime, evening and weekend hours.
