Advancement Services Coordinator

Overview:

The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks a highly-motivated Advancement Services Coordinator to enter constituent and gift information into the Museum’s donor database and play a pivotal role on the advancement team.

The Advancement Services Coordinator collaborates with advancement staff to ensure that constituent and gift information are logged accurately and reconciles advancement financial transactions with finance staff on a monthly basis.

Associate Conservator of Objects

Gallery Officer

The Walters Art Museum has an immediate opening in our Security Department for a Gallery Officer on the dayshift; core work schedule is 9:15am to 5:15pm, Wednesday through Sunday. The individual will have responsibility for preparing the galleries for daily operation, monitoring activities in the Museum and implementing museum procedures as needed.

Port Discovery Children's Museum seeks MUSEUM EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATES (Part-Time Seasonal)

As vital part of the Guest Services Department and Port Discovery team, Museum Experience Associates are responsible for providing guests with an excellent, memorable experience, stellar customer service, and supporting the Museum’s educational philosophy. Conservation Assistant

The Conservation Assistant will be responsible for general office and administrative duties for the Conservation Department as well supporting department staff in care and maintenance of artworks in the Museum’s collections.

KRAMER INSTALLATION INC. - Fine Art Services is looking for an Experienced Art Installer / Handler. Part and full time positions will be considered.

Installing / Packing / Transporting Artwork. This position will be responsible for residential and commercial installations. Looking for someone with a good eye for art placement. Experience installing gallery walls and photo collages a plus.
