Reginald F. Lewis Museum Seeks Visitor Services & Museum Shop Associate

The Visitor Services & Museum Shop Associate is a part-time customer services position in the Education & Visitor Services Department of the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History and Culture, Baltimore, Md. The Associate carries out reliable and effective front line aspects of visitor services: greeting and reception, admissions, program registration (as needed), statistics, and information and public safety. The Associate also handles sales in the Museum Shop as needed.

Overview:

The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks a highly-motivated Advancement Services Coordinator to enter constituent and gift information into the Museum’s donor database and play a pivotal role on the advancement team.

The Advancement Services Coordinator collaborates with advancement staff to ensure that constituent and gift information are logged accurately and reconciles advancement financial transactions with finance staff on a monthly basis.

The Beverage Cart Assistant plays an important customer service role by interfacing with visitors and members as part of our museum’s food service program. This amenity operates out of the Conservatory located in 1 West Mount Vernon Place providing beverages and light snacks to our museum guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Imaging & Rights Coordinator

The Walters Art Museum has an immediate need for an Imaging and Rights Coordinator within the Department of Imaging and Intellectual Property, Art and Program Division.

Responsibilities:

□ Serve as the first point of contact for digital resource inquiries, process all imaging requests and fulfill when able.

□ Assist with digitization of tangible assets (slides, negatives, prints, transparencies and other film) and metadata processing.

Walters Art Museum Part Time Sales Assistant

The Walters Art Museum has an immediate need in its retail operation for a part time Sales Assistant to provide a high level of customer service to the Museum Store visitors.
