Manager of Individual Giving

The Manager of Individual Giving will advance the mission of the Walters by planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to increase the level of personal involvement and financial commitment of annual donors. This individual will have the unique opportunity to help execute a new membership program at the Walters with a focus on philanthropic support and engagement. Emphasis will be given on increasing the contribution levels of current supporters to the Walters as well as engagement and cultivation of new audiences.

Assistant Director Annual Giving

The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Annual Giving as part of an Advancement Annual Giving team. The ideal candidate will have experience in focused strategizing, designing, and executing communications and benefits for members and annual donors to the museum. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and soliciting the BMA Council, annual donors at $1,500 and above.

Baltimore Museum of Art seeks Director of Grants & Sponsorships

The Director of Grants and Sponsorships directs the BMA’s efforts to secure funding from all sources for a broad range of special projects and sponsorships, including but not limited to exhibitions, education initiatives, conservation activities, and capital projects. This position also supervises the Assistant Director, Grants & Sponsorships, who is responsible for meeting the corporate and foundation Annual Fund goals and stewarding corporate and foundation donors.

Baltimore Center Stage is seeking a part-time Special Events Coordinator

The position works within Center Stage’s Development Department and is responsible for the management of special cultivation and fundraising events from planning to execution. Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving & Major Gifts, the individual will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Public Affairs Manager

Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Associate VP of Public Affairs in public affairs and in managing development, programs and operations support for the Visit Baltimore Education and Training Foundation. Activities to include outreach, programs, events and meetings; and support and advocacy efforts. Historical Society Of Baltimore County Seeks Executive Director

Arts Education in Maryland Schools Alliance seeks Development Coordinator

Under the direction of AEMS Executive Director, the Development Coordinator implements and develops fundraising strategies to increase donations and grants to the organization.

Maryland Humanities seeks a Grants Specialist

The Grants Specialist is primarily responsible for all elements of the grant-seeking process: researching and cultivating funding prospects and opportunities, preparing LOIs and proposals, and accurately tracking and reporting on grant-supported activities to funders. Annual and long-term fundraising goals will be set in consultation with the Director of Advancement. Specific responsibilities are outlined below. The Grants Specialist works collaboratively with the other members of the Advancement team as well as Program staff members in furthering the financial resources of the organization in order to maximize the potential for growth and impact of Maryland Humanities’ dozen programs.
