Auditorium Production Coordinator

The Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) seeks an experienced production coordinator/AV technician to manage audio/visual components in the museum’s 366-seat auditorium. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Director of Events in the Finance and Administration division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensures smooth operation of AV components for all BMA programming and event rentals in the Auditorium.

Chesapeake Shakespeare Company seeking a Director of Communications

Chesapeake Shakespeare Company seeks a full-time, experienced Director of Communications to direct marketing, box office and public relations for the theatre. The Director of Communications creates, implements, and maintains the public face of Chesapeake Shakespeare Company and is a significant member of the senior staff. The DOC is responsible for all public relations, media relations, and community partnerships. Together with the Marketing Manager, the DOC creates a marketing plan and budget and supervises its implementation.

Summer Job for Local Musicians-Voices of Carmen!

We are hiring talented musicians between the ages of 14 and 21 to perform in the onstage orchestra of our original musical, Voices of Carmen!

Parts still open for violin, trumpet, trombone, flute, clarinet, saxophone, and drum set players. The score has an exciting range of classical music from Bizet's Carmen to original contemporary tracks. This opportunity is for local youth to rehearse and perform this summer. as well as to gain job readiness, technical skills, and connections for success in their careers!
