Baltimore Museum of Art seeks Part-Time Conservation Department Assistant

The Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) seeks an energetic, detail-oriented individual for the position of PT Conservation Department Assistant to handle general office duties for Conservation Department


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the preparation and oversight of the departmental budget, processing of payments, and ordering supplies
  • Providing support for departmental/staff presentations and publications.
  • Handling correspondence and inquiries by mail, email or phone.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, staff reimbursements and ordering office supplies
  • Data entry and maintenance of digital records and hard copy files.
  • Acting as the departmental liaison to IT, Registration, Rights & Reproductions, Installation and other curatorial staff.

This part-time, non-exempt position reports to the Director of Conservation.
