The Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Baltimore & The Gordon Center for Performing Arts seek a talented and experienced Graphic Design Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Candidate must be familiar with brand compliance to keep design work consistent with the JCC’s brand identity and guidelines. Candidate should have a strong portfolio of high-quality cross-platform work that includes digital and print design and have extensive experience with Mac operating system, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, and Power Point. This is a supervisory role that will include oversite of two graphic designers. Website management experience required. Video, photography, basic social media skills, email design, motion graphics and other technical skills a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communications or Graphic Design and 5+ years of related experience ideal.

Candidate must have flawless work accuracy and possess meticulous attention to detail, and should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at one time. Flexibility and diplomacy when working with internal departments as well as strong written and oral communication skills are critical. This role also includes cultivating and maintaining working relationships with outside vendors including printers, freelance designers and photographers. General knowledge of the Jewish community preferred.
