Professional development workshops are open to all artists, musicians, dancers, and any other community members in the arts. CJay shares some tricks to getting work, keeping work and creating work that can sustain a life long career in the arts. Once singer/dancer/actress now director/choreographer/arts advocate, CJay Philip shares the highs, lows and lessons learned from her career on Broadway stages, national arenas, rehearsal studios, audition rooms and the back of a cab. CJay will also expound on some of the unlikely yet fruitful partnerships that have helped her company Dance & Bmore thrive.
