Choral Auditions: Bach in Baltimore's 32nd Season

Bach in Baltimore warmly seeks experienced singers in all voice parts to perform with us in our 2019-2020 Season! The Bach in Baltimore Choir is a friendly group of talented singers who enjoy singing great choral music together.

For our 2019-202 Season, Bach in Baltimore will be performing some of the GREATEST Chorale Masterpieces ever composed, including:

Bach’s B Minor Mass
Handel’s Messiah
Haydn’s Heiligemesse

And, Bach in Baltimore will continue to be the only ensemble in central Maryland presenting Bach’s cantatas with great regularity.

Rehearsals are on Sunday evenings at 5 pm, September through May. In addition, there is one Tuesday evening rehearsal each month at 7:30 pm.

Members of Bach in Baltimore are expected to be faithful in attendance. Members pay a modest annual membership fee of $150. Where possible, the music that the choristers need may be printed out at no cost from online resources. Bach in Baltimore purchases copies of large works as well as works still under copyright for resale to the members of the chorus.

Set up an audition today by emailing Maestro Dimmock at [email protected] or calling 410-941-9262.

Auditions are currently being scheduled for Sunday, August 18th and Sunday, August 25th.
