Single Carrot Theatre seeks Technical Director

Technical Director (Temporary to Permanent)

Single Carrot Theatre is seeking a part-time Technical Director to begin November 1st, contracted until July 31st, with the possibility of long-term renewal.

Ideal applicants possess a background in theatre, with an emphasis on carpentry and electrics. Experience in woodwork, metal work, furniture making, or scenic art is a plus. Applicant must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, and must be willing and able to hang lights from a 17′ grid. The ideal applicant will also have excellent organizational and time-management abilities and possess good written and oral communication skills. This is a part-time salaried position.
