Single Carrot Theatre Seeks Producers for Spring 2017 Shows

Single Carrot Theatre (SCT) is seeking producers to manage the logistics and coordination of A Short Reunion and Promenade: Baltimore. Both projects are world-premiere, site-specific endeavors taking place in various locations in Baltimore. SCT is seeking a producer for each project to serve as an independent contractor, managing all aspects of the planning and execution of each project. One person could serve as the producer for both projects, or it could be two distinct positions. Start date is ASAP for each position.

Single Carrot Theatre (SCT) is seeking a technical assistant to support the Technical Director and Assistant Technical Director/Master Electrician in light hangs, focuses, programming, and carptentry support for productions and rentals as needed. This position is an independent contractor position, 5-20 hours a week, depending on SCT’s production needs.

Qualifications:

Experience in all areas of production including carpentry, electrics (sound and lighting), painting and props construction, with an emphasis on electrics experience.

Concepts By Cash, Arts Management Division is currently looking for experienced art teachers in the disciplines of visual arts to work with elementary school age students in after schools programs in Baltimore City. Single Carrot Theatre Seeks Lighting Designer

Single Carrot Theatre seeks a qualified Lighting Designer for our upcoming production of Savage Love by Sam Shepard and Joseph Chaikin. Lighting Designers are responsible for devising a lighting design concept that aligns with the vision of the director and needs of the production, drafting a light plot, programming light cues, organizing and delegating notes to SCT’s Master Electrician, and consulting on any issues that arise over the course of the run of the show.

Pay is a $225 honorarium, to be paid within two weeks of the end of the contract.
