Single Carrot Theatre seeks female actors of color over 30 to audition for the role of the widow its upcoming production of Utopia Parkway by Charles Mee and directed by SCT's Artistic Director Genevieve de Mahy. Must be able to carry a tune, and must be willing to work collaboratively. The ideal candidate would be available for most rehearsals and all of tech and performances (pertinent dates listed below). Younger actors able to portray the spirit of an older woman are welcome to audition. The ability to play one or several musical instruments is a plus.

Creative Alliance seeks After School Instructor

Creative Alliance seeks a teacher to Co-Instructor for an after school art-based program entitled, Open Minds Art Club. Open Minds Art Club takes place on February 2- April 8, Mondays & Wednesdays from 2:30- 4:30pm for grades 2-4 at William Paca Elementary. Instructors must have knowledge in developing fine art projects for children as well as an interest in connecting these projects to reading activities. The pay is $22.50/hr. The Corporate Sponsorship Specialist for the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) is a regular, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Development Director. The primary responsibilities are to identify, inform, cultivate, solicit, thank, oversee benefit fulfillment and steward relationships with sponsors up to $25,000 to secure financial support for BOPA programs in meeting its mission of making Baltimore a more creative and vibrant city.
