Managing all administrative functions of the organization, the Executive Director partners with the Music Director to develop the annual comprehensive artistic and program plan that forms the basis for the annual budget.

The Walters Art Museum seeks Librarian/Archivist

The Walters Art Museum seeks to hire a librarian and archivist as head of the Walters Research Library and Archives. S/he manages all functions of a specialized research library of 120,000 volumes and the institutional archives of ca. 2,500 linear feet (plus curatorial files). The librarian/archivist provides research support to staff members in all departments of the museum, as well as to outside researchers by appointment.

Baltimore Ghost Tours seeks Tour Guide

Baltimore Ghost Tours ( has a fall opening for a tour guide for our two hour haunted pub walks and one hour haunted walking tours in Fell’s Point. Tours are on Friday and Saturdays, March - November, at 7:00pm (pub tours) and 8:00 pm (ghost tours), and group tours are scheduled for various dates/times.

Baltimore Museum of Industry seeks Weekend Supervisor

Description: Weekend Supervisors greet visitors to the museum, manage admission sales and gift shop sales, check in groups visiting the museum, respond to and direct telephone inquiries, and open and close the register, museum, and parking lot. May provide coverage on weekdays as needed if available. Hours will generally be from 9:00-4:30, but could be adjusted on occasion. There are positions available for Saturdays, Sundays, or both.

Young Filmmakers Workshop

Young Filmmakers Workshop at St Paul's School for Girls, now in its 17th year, is Maryland's oldest co-ed summer film school. YFW is the only area workshop that has a world premiere of the students films in a Baltimore movie theatre. The students arrive in limos for this once-in-a-liftime experience.
