BMA Seeks Education Evaluation Intern

The Education Department is seeking a Fall Intern to perform tracking/ timing evaluations of exhibitions and education spaces. The Intern will perform research, administer surveys, collate data, draft reports, and present findings to BMA staff.

The Intern will have the opportunity to learn about best practices in the museum evaluation field, gain data collection and interview skills, as well as hone research and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Researching survey materials
  • Administering surveys onsite
  • Collecting data and creating reports based on findings
  • Presenting information to staff

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good observation skills
  • Good communication and social intelligence skills
  • Strong written communication skills a plus
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis a plus
