About the Bridges Program: Bridges is a small non-profit that provides stringed instrument lessons and an orchestral experience to students in Baltimore City Schools. The Director position is a part-time, contractual job that requires on average approximately 18 hours per week. MAESTRO Ensembles, Inc. The Development Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage fundraising operations, special campaigns, and planned giving activities to achieve goals. This new management position will be instrumental in achieving the success of a new five-year plan to make the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra a model of a 21st century orchestra. The position reports to the Executive Director & Chief Development Officer.
